EXHIBIT 30
In nearly all ecosystems, the energy that supports life comes from one place -- the sun. The organisms that harvest this energy -- be they plants, algae, or cyanobacteria -- do so through the process of photosynthesis. Photosynthesis and the primary producers who utilize it form the energetic foundation of all ecosystems and all life on Earth. Once this exhibit opens, you'll have a chance to go inside plant cells, see how the sun's energy is captured, and how that energy is used to produce sugar.
Exhibit under construction.
Expected opening date is April 3, 2026.
