Welcome to the Charles S. Dean Sr. Educational Center
Opened in 2009, Building C-4 containing the Citrus Learning and Conference Center was renamed the Charles S. Dean Sr. Educational Center in 2022, in honor of state Senator and CF alumnus, Charlie Dean. This important hub for daily life on the Wilton Simpson Citrus Campus includes the Citrus Learning and Conference Center; the Conference Center was desiged to serve as an emergency hurricane shelter for residents of Citrus County.
