WILTON SIMPSON CITRUS CAMPUS BIODIVERSITY TRAIL
You pronounce it "bye-odd-i-tee."
And it is an interactive walking tour of CF's Wilton Simpson Citrus Campus that also functions as an open-air and digital museum that teaches about the biodiversity of Citrus County, FL, the ecology that supports that diversity, and the ways in which that diversity impact and support the county's economy.

I would like to extend my condolences to the families, friends, and staff of the Ellie Schiller Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park over the passing of long-time Citrus County resident, Lu the hippopotamus. I share in their sadness, as visiting him was always a highlight when I'd visit the park.
Photos of Lu are already part of the BioDiT Citrus collection, but I'd like to create a memorial page for Lu as part of the Citrus Biodiversity Trail. If you'd like to share other photos of Lu to help with this, you can use this link.
