Seeing a Monarch Butterfly is rare at CF Citrus Campus, but does happen.

Ladybugs (U.S.) and Ladybirds (Europe, etc.) are the same animal with different names. They are a beneficial insect to have in many gardens because they eat aphids and other insects.

Careful! Do not touch!
They are covered in tiny protective bristles that can cause rashes, welts, etc.
Common throughout Florida during Spring (March - May).
