Horoscopes and Characters

Whether a writer believes in horoscopes or not, the predictions might help when it comes to writing. Below are a few suggestions:

• If a writer knows a character's birthday, read the horoscope for the day. Whatever happens in the horoscope happens to the character.

• If a writer doesn't know a character's birthday, don't panic. Close eyes, point to a horoscope. That is now the character's horoscope/zodiac sign! Read the horoscope for the day. Whatever happens in the horoscope happens to the character.

• It's okay if a character's sign changes as new things are written! Just keep writing. Where needed, save deciding on a sign until after November 30.
